How It Works

  1. Customer calls your Twilio number
  2. Twilio sends a webhook to /phone/incoming
  3. If restaurant is open, GPT-4o greets the caller and takes their order
  4. If closed, plays an after-hours message and takes a voicemail
  5. Completed orders are published to the event bus and stored
